I have packages ready to ship but I’m getting the “invalid state” thing from the app.  I deleted the app and installed the newest version, but no difference.  My laptop is down so I can’t use that.

Open the browser on the mobile device and access eBay's label printing from there. Or go to PayPal and print the label on PayPal.
