How do you add a pic to your ID circle next to your eBay ID

Hi there how can you add a pic to my eBay ID circle ..I take it people link there fb acct to get that pic there? Can it be done without doing that? Thanks

There are two platforms where your avatar logo can appear: The community forums, and on your eBay Profile/feedback page.

The round avatars here in the community discussion forums will be pulled from your eBay account page, but the community avatars are currently broken. If you add an avatar to your eBay account page, it should appear here on the community when the community is repaired.

To add a photo or logo to your eBay account profile:

Unfortunately, the profile avatar can only be edited from a desktop computer. The editing features either fail to appear or fail to function on mobile devices.
From a desktop, go to your profile page:

1. Click the "Edit profile" button.
2. Hover the avatar until the editing tools appear.
3. Upload the new picture (square is best).
4. Save the changes and click the "Done editing" button.
