You may need to be more specific. How are you going to GoDaddy from eBay?
Note http: links are no longer supported. You must use https protocol to access any page from eBay. If you try that and it does not work, you may need to talk to GoDaddy. Ask them for a SSL certificate, for your site on GoDaddy. There are free SSL certificates that you can use, but have to be set up.
If GoDaddy supports it, there is one that is real easy. Let me look for the link.

Try LetsEncrypt.org, for a free SSL certificate. This seems to be the major player in the free SSL certificate arena.
That site will tell you if GoDaddy can accept/support that SSL certificate.

I think you must be talking about GoDaddy "Outright" bookkeeping.
Last fall, eBay quit billing on behalf of third-party applications and is closing down those relationships, so there may have been some changes in the way your application is associated with your account. Is the application still free? Do you have a direct-pay agreement with GoDaddy? You may need to sign up again, but on GoDaddy instead of through eBay.
Even though eBay no longer supports application billing, if you subscribe directly to any of these apps outside of eBay, you should still be able use many of those apps that have converted back to their own billing system. I don't know if "Outright" is still available for eBay, but if it is, you'll have to sign up on GoDaddy instead of through eBay.
