eBay will not be able to help you. eBay allows you to exchange eMails for 15 days if you have a transaction together. If you had their eMail and use PayPal you could send them a PayPal Invoice for the item. Not sure if you can send a PayPal Invoice with their phone number? If you do not have their eMail and can no longer get it thru eBay you have their phone number on the Sales record. You could message them and see if it is ok to call them to work out the repayment details. They could also mail you a check for the item. They would have you address from the shipping label, yes?
