File exchange not uploading

Hey guys, I'm on the last 2 hours of my free trial and I have been trying to upload a file to file exchange for a few days now.

I select the file, I click upload, it says it can take 30 minutes. Days have passed and nothing shows in the progress link. No errors or anything. Literally nothing happens. I've made about 8 attempts, and have verified and swapped email addresses on this  time.  

I'm trying to upload close to 3,000 products, using one of the templates (the more inclusive template) 

I've also read through the vast majority of the 60 something page instructions.  Nothing helps me there.

I'm on my phone now, but as soon as I get this screen on my computer I'll follow up by adding the file in question.

I'll check into that.

However if I'm paying Ebay 80$ a month for a store, it would be nice to be able to use the store as intended without having to jump through even more hoops in an already overly complicated process.
