File exchange file format changed?

We've been using file exchange to download orders paid and awaiting shipment.   For the past day, the files for download have been missing the last 7 columns, and any information that may be in them.

Specifically, 

Global Shipping Reference ID, Ship To Address 1, Ship To Address 2, Ship To City, Ship To State, Ship To Zip, Ship To Country

I don't see any announcements, any changes to the instructions, nothing on the status page, and no other posts about this.

Is anyone else seeing this?  What is going on?

@jpeterso3hgu - Thank you for posting your concerns on this Community board thread.

These fields are generally link to your account settings. Specifically with Global Shipping. If you opted out of the "Global Shipping Program" through your "Site Preferences - Shipping Preferences", then the fields you are looking for won't appear.

Please check your Site Preferences.

As for when this might've changed on your account, I won't have a way to identify that.

Please feel free to respond to this post if you continue to see that the fields are missing on newer downloads.

When I go to Site Preferences, I see that 'Offer the Global Shipping Program' has been set to 'No'
When I click on the edit link, the first checkbox is checked 'Use the Global Shipping Program for new eligible listings'
When I click Submit, I'm back at the Site Preferences screen, and 'Offer the Global Shipping Program' is still set to no.

The fields are still missing on a new download file.

From what you stated that it's still not showing you "Global Shipping Program" is on, this would be why you aren't seeing the fields on the download.

See if you have an option like this and make sure that both option is checked:

If you get a "24 hours" error message, you may need to wait and try again later.

This is the option that needs to be "opted in" to have the fields that you are looking for.

It turns out that our Seller Rating was degraded to Below Standard, and so we no longer qualify for GSP.
