File exchange error 21916664

Hi,

I keep getting this error on my recent listings: 21916664.

Please review request ID: 851816076.

Nothing changed in the setup of my file exchange csv, and I don't understand why suddenly I keep getting this error.

Please assist.

Error 21916664 - Variation Specifics provided does not match with the variation specifics of the variations on the item.

Make sure the RelationshipDetails on the child lines match with one of the variations you specified on the parent (item) line. Spelling and Capitalization matters. No spaces immediately before or after any equals sign.

@ultrabasic-com - Thank you for posting this. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this.

As @dollybeauty mentioned. Please make sure that your RelationshipDetails information matches up.

Recommendation: Please adjust your file to have the variation information under the correct columns. Your file appears to have variant information under headers that doesn't recognize chidline values.

All variation headers are as followed:

CustomLabel (parent and child lines)

Relationship (child lines only)

RelationshipDetails (parent and child lines)

Product:EAN (parent and child lines) *Please only use Product:EAN, don't use Product:UPC.*

StartPrice (child lines only)

Quantity (child lines only)

PicURL (parent and child lines)

All other header values need to be on the parent lines. You have child lines for Item Specifics information, which are invalid and can cause some random errors.

Please make these adjustments and re-upload your file.

We tried everything and it didn't work.

It is very confusing that we used the same template and imported successfully and suddenly we are faced with this issue.

Since we have nothing else to try, please review request ID: 851816076 again and provide us with concrete suggestion as to what we need to change precisely, as soon as possible.

@ultrabasic-com - I'm sorry that you are still unable to get this file to upload. Please understand that due to your file setup and the language difference, I'm having a little difficulty in accurately assessing your file for the error.

Your file is set up as tab delimited (CSV), not the regular CSV format, so this makes it a little difficult.

From what I can see the variation details doesn't match up.

For example: The value on the parent line for RelationshipDetails are Couleur dominante=Noir|Size (Men's)=XS;S;M;L;XL;XXL;3XL;4XL,5XL. It's the comma between 4XL and 5XL that is causing it to not match up. It should be a semi-colon to separate out variant values. With that said, this is why our system isn't recognizing the 5XL as a variant for the child/variation line.

This is what I can see if I format your file to view it in separate columns. Please check your file to see if you see a comma in your file.

This would be why we have recommended that you make sure that the values match up and not provide specific details of what you need to fix.

I did also see that no other recommendations was implemented in your latest file. Please try the recommendations that I have provided.

You still are using Product:UPC and Product:EAN. Please only use Product:EAN.

These two headers isn't needed:

C:Num?ro de pi?ce fabricant

C:Couleur dominante

If you are going to use them, please don't input values for the child lines. You should only enter parent line information for these headers. *Reference back to my previous message on what headers allows child lines.*

Please check for commas when they need to be semi-colons.
