File Exchange not working...

Hi! I'm a longtime seller and File Exchange user for many, many years and cannot upload any files today (May 29, 2018). I saw that there is frequent help when File Exchange situations are posted here, and I wonder if someone can check the status of things? It seems there are other sellers who are not able to upload things now too...

Phone Support (US - 8 AM - 6 PM MST): **To call us, click on the Help & Contact link found at the top of most eBay pages. Click on the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page. Select ‘Selling’ -> ‘Getting Started’ -> ‘Selling Tools’ for issues or concerns related to eBay listing tools that my team can assist you with. Now scroll to the bottom and click Call Us. Ask the customer support agent to transfer you to the Advanced Apps team.**

Or send an email, from your registered email account, to turbodata@ebay.com. Include your userid.

@ricksauctions - Rick, thank you for posting your File Exchange concern on this Community board thread. I'm sorry that you aren't able to upload files.

It appears you aren't having issues uploading files. Your files has errors and our system is giving you an "Abandon Job" error.

Abandon Job errors can be caused by a number of things. Below are things I look for:

1. System attempting to revise multiple/similar ItemIDs in one file (consecutively) .
2. Missing Action value.
3. Missing Variation/Compatibility value for listings that is not a single item.
4. Random/hidden values, without an Action value.

In your case, it's missing Action value. Please check line 582. You don't have a value for Add on that line, but you have a value of 5 under the Duration header. Either remove the 5 under Duration or complete the listing by filling out all the needed fields to make a listing.

Please make this small adjustment and re-upload your file.
