File Exchange error 37: Error - Input data for tag <Item.ShippingDetails> is invalid or missing.

I have read other posts and still have no found my solution.

 I have the following columns for shipping:

*Location ShippingType ShippingService-1:Option ShippingService-1:Cost ShippingService-2:Option ShippingService-2:Cost *DispatchTimeMax 61801 Flat FreeShipping 0.00     3

any idea on what the system does not like and what should be filled in the spaces would be greatly appreciated.

FreeShipping is not a valid option for ShippingService-1:Option

That would be the 'service' that is used, such as those found on the left side of the chart found on page 136-137 of the AdvancedInstructions. https://ir.ebaystatic.com/pictures/aw/pics/pdf/us/file_exchange/File_Exchange_Advanced_Instructions....

*Location would be the City, State of the item's location. To use the zipcode, replace *Location with PostalCode.

You might also consider adding a column titled ShippingService-1:FreeShipping  <- that should have a field value of 1. This only works for the 1st ShippingService . Do not use for any other domestic or international ShippingService.

You do not have to use the empty columns, if you do not need them. In fact they can be deleted.
