Hello is there a list of what values go in the shipping fields and please do not point me to the user guide, it is worthless without a key of options or drop downs or pivot tables. I am a Newbie to FE and so I have been trying to figure this out for like 12 hours straight on my own. Now I am stuck... Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am pretty far for the limited key answers for each field with no great cheat sheet everywhere. Thank you in advance, Jason

No, FileExchange and the AdvancedInstructions do not have pivot tables or drop down boxes. However, once you get through the learning curve, you will wonder why it was so difficult. It is not. It is strict. The info you pasted in your post has some info, that I can help you with...
1) The value 'US' for Location, is not sufficient. It should be City,State. Since you are located in the US and posting on the US site, I recommend that you change Location to PostalCode. The correct value for that column is, of course, the zip code (5 digit only) where your product ships from. This has a direct bearing on your shipping options (yes, even for Flat shipping).
2) When you specify RetunsAccepted. you must also specify, ReturnsWithinOption, RefundOption, and ShippingCostPaidByOption. BTW. Days_7 is no longer valid. Days_30 or Days_60, are the only valid values for ReturnsWithinOption.
Since the rest of your csv file is not available, that is the best help I can give, at this time. If you wish, there is a Polish service called tinyupload.com. You can upload your csv file to them for free, they will give you a url, which can be pasted into an eBay community thread. We can then look at the entire csv to help. Please blank your PayPalEmailAddress field, as no one needs to know that. Myself and others will be glad to look at your template and give positive help. The error numbers you are receiving also help.
Other forms of help...
You can send an email to the eBay Advanced Apps team. Send the email to turbodata@ebay.com, from your registered email address. Include your userid and the upload ref number of the upload file.
Or...This is from the eBay Advanced Apps team...

Thanks!
1) Change the heading Location to PostalCode.
2) ReturnsWithinOption should be 'Days_30' or 'Days_60'. 'within_14' is not valid.
3) You have not provided any shipping values.
Note: Please read the PhotoBucket User Agreement. They do not like hosting images for eCommerce sellers.

4) Your photobucket link does not lead to a photo. It leads to a webpage. Check your Photobucket account to learn how to obtain "direct" image links.
5) Multi-select data should be pipe-delimited. So
C:Card Attributes
Autograph; Rookie;
should be:
C:Card Attributes
Autograph|Rookie
6) Change the heading *Location to *PostalCode as suggested by @dollybeauty
7) Change the ReturnsWithinOption value from
within_14
to
Days_30

😎 There is an empty column with no heading. That will be a problem if content appears there.

The item specific Country/Region has always had that blank column following it. Do not know why. I have always deleted it. It should cause no issues, unless there is another blank column heading (BAF.9), before the first linefeed (end of line/record). Thanks on catching the item specific issue for C:Card Attributes! I missed that. The item specifics for trading cards are not ones I use. I did wonder if the omission of C:Certification number was an issue, since the item specifics 'C:Professional Grader' and 'C:Grade', were used.
