I am asking this question on the US Boards because I was told that eBay Australia do not support File Exchange.
New requirements in Australia require stating if tracking is available when items are sent either Letter Post or Parcel Post.
For Letter post the options are
Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter Untracked ( 2 to 6 business days)
Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter With Tracking ( 2 to 6 business days)
There appears to be NO field values to use in File Exchange for these 2 ShippingService-n:Option field that specifies these letter postage services as used in Australia.
Is there a field value available or can they be created/added. (Note: AU_StandardDelivery and AU_StandardDeliveryRegisted are not the same as above and resulted in eBay Australia stating when used these are NOT INTEGRATED with ebay and will result in your tracking performance being affected.) Also note: I am refering to LETTER POST not Parcel post.
I am uploading to eBay Australia.

One method around that problem is to use business policies and set up a shipping policy directly on eBay, where you can choose the correct shipping method. Then apply that policy name in the File Exchange spreadsheet under "ShippingProfileName".
Otherwise, if you manually create a listing with Letter Post, it may be possible to retrieve that listing data, either through a File Exchange (or Selling Manager Pro) download of the listing data or through another programmatic (API) download method.

Do'h sometimes it can be hard to see the forest for the trees.
Your help is much appreciated, I am going the Business Policies "ShippingProfileName" route

One caveat... after you institute business policies, you'll have to apply policies to all listings. eBay will automatically create a suite of policies from your existing listings, and you can then start trimming them down by updating listings that contain straggler policies to match the more prevalent policies in the bulk of your listings. It can be messy at first, but will be easier to manage situations like yours where most listings are similar. Of course, if you are forced to update all listings anyway, then this is certainly the way to go.

Thanks for that. For general info, I upgraded TurboLister (still possible) for the latest data, and dowloaded a few listings, exported to File Exchange csv and the options are:
AU_AusPostStandardLetterWithTracking
and
AU_AusPostStandardLetter

Thanks for the pointer -- for those who are still able to use TL to retrieve listings.
