Hi @findstofinds! With Seller Hub, things work a bit differently now. You should be able to export your listings still though.
If you go to your Active listings and select the option to Edit the listings you want to export, you'll be taken to the Edit listings screen. From there you'll select the listings again and then click, "Action". That menu will provide the option to 'Export to file' and from there you can choose between CSV or PDF. I'll include a screen shot below as well:
Unfortunately, the bulk editor does not provide the description or photos, which is what most people want when downloading or archiving listings.

The Reports tab of Seller Hub also has an option to download active listings, and that report supports variations. But, it is also missing photos and description.
Do you think eBay will ever provide the ability to archive full listings (aside from programming to the API)?
