Export File Including "Manufacturer Part Number"?

Hi all,

Is there a way to get an export CSV file of all of my active listings INCLUDING the field/content for "Manufacturer Part Number"? I've tried the standard and File Exchange formats out of the File Exchange export routine with no luck. I think ideally I'd like to have the ability to select what fields to export and have a new export CSV file include those manually selected fields...

These fields are not available in  any report I am aware of. These fields are the Item Specific fields.

You can get these fields in a csv file if you "export" your active listings from TurboLister (if you are a TL user) or other third party listing programs (most are subscription services) that allow you to export.

File Exchange has the option to "download" Active listings with information regarding Brand and MPN. Depending on what category you list your product on, some MPN (match up with eBay Catalog) can be downloadable. If your listing contains just Item Specifics - Manufacturer Part Number, this is not downloadable. Generally, this happens in the eBay Motors category.

To download:

1. Go to "File Exchange" page.

2. Click on the "Download Files" on the left.

3. For "Listings and records", select "Active".

4. For "Download Format", select "File Exchange - Add unique identifiers (UPC\ISBN\Brand\MPN)".

**Note: File Exchange doesn't download any Item Specifics details.**

5. Click on the "Save" button.

I'm with you on having the ability to request a handfull of listing information that can be downloadable. Unfortunately, this is not available due to server availability. If we allowed customization of downlod, everyone would have to wait a very long time to get their files if someone in front of the queue is downloading 100's to 100's of thousands of listings. Setting a parimeter of information that is downloadable helps with server availability and better control batch downloads.
