Excel spreadsheet for Reports

Is there an Excel spreadsheet online that is for downloading Reports - Statements and Invoices?  I don't want one that I have to manually fill in.  I'm looking for one that, when I click the "download" button in Reports, it will fill in an Excel spreadsheet correctly.  Right now, if I click the "download" button, it opens Excel and fills it in with totally unusable information.

In Seller Hub, the "Payments" tab has a variety of spreadsheet reports, statements, and invoices, intended for tax reconciliation.

It says I can select the columns I want to include in my report, but that's not true.  Apparently I MUST have certain columns which I totally do not want.  The only information I want is the item number, name, what it sold for, how much shipping was, and what eBay fees were.  And, if possible, totals for certain columns.
