ErrorCode BAF.Error.4 and BAF.Error.5 for bulk listing

I got the error codes for the attached file.

I need a technical help to fix them.

I would guess my HTML description below is causing those but Im not a professional for HTML.

BAF.Error.4 (Unparseable Line) for almost every line

BAF.Error.5 (Unable to find Task Action Id for task </ul>) for some lines

BAF.Error.5 (Unable to find Task Action Id for task </ul></div>) for some lines

You have linefeeds in your description. To format a description use the html code <br>, instead of a linefeed. A valid FileExchange description will be one continuous line without linefeeds.
