I'm getting the following error for a file exchange upload:

Error - Input data for tag <Item.DispatchTimeMax> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation.|Item.DispatchTimeMax|

I have only an integer (5) in the cell for the item. 

Any advice?

Check for extra spaces before or after the value, or for a spurious line-end in the row.
