@elite*vision - Thank you for posting your concern on this Community Board thread. I would like to provide you with some information on how to properly complete a File Exchange file.
The error you provided is related to the Condition value that you provided in your file. The value should be numeric. If you entered "New", you will need to make adjustment. The value should be something like 1000. This value depends on the category you select.

Click on the link to download the "ConditionIDs by Category" file.
I would also recommend that you download the File Exchange Advanced User Guide: https://pics.ebay.com/aw/pics/au/pdf/file_exchange/File_Exchange_Advanced_Instructions.pdf
This user guide will provide you with example values you can use to complete a proper File Exchange file.
I would also suggest that you download the available File Exchange file that is available for you to fill out a complete listing. If you are using a different CSV file or created the CSV file manually, it could be lacking in information that our system needs to create a listing on your account.
