Error Code 37: "Error - Input data for tag <Item.ShippingDetails> is invalid or missing."

I am attempting to use the ebay upload template, but I keep receiving the below error message: 

"Error - Input data for tag <Item.ShippingDetails> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation.|Item.ShippingDetails|"

Under the column 'Shipping Service 1' option, I have the Name from my Business policies in correctly and case-sensitive. There is also no column on the template that specifically says 'Item Shipping Details'. What is the possible cause of this error message, and how can I correct it?

If you are using business policies, then you would not use any of the "Shipping Service" type of columns, as those are contained in your business policies. Instead, there is a specific column at the far right of your template for "Shipping Profile Name" where you would enter the name of your policy.

Below, I have grouped related spreadsheet columns by color so that you can see which are used, and which are omitted when using business policies. Pay attention to the header names, not the column numbers.
