I have been using ebay integration app for about a year now and have been having consistent problems. The first problem is that both ebay and shopify seem to want to blame one or the other for the problem. Ebay even tried to make it about me when there were no errors on my part. I always check before going to tech support. The second is it is nearly impossible to get anyone from ebay app support in person. This is a really difficult problem as these issues are often complicated and require a lot of back and forth communication. They also involve me loosing money on shipping.
1. Shipping policies were duplicating
2. Inventory was not syncing
3. Shipping policies were not acknowledging the correct shipping amount
With every issue fixed another seems to pop up.
First let me say that this app is Ebay's App. Shopify will tell you this. So, only ebay can access it. Second, it appears to me that it is loaded with bugs. I feel like a mouse trapped in an integration maze!
Has anyone had these same problems. Were they ever fully able to fix it?
