How do I get a real agent to help me? I am so

fruat with this chat service. I had no real assistance and I have more than one issue that needs to be addressed

Some problems on eBay do not require you to actually contact CS personally.

Loads of good assistance here, but if you need eBay Customer Service (proper), the best way to reach qualified help begins through a message on the eBay facebook page. Quick, intelligible emails come from Reps with the ability and resources to actually service you. Good luck.

Find a help topic that is somewhat related to your question. Scroll down to the bottom and click the "Contact Us" option. When automated chat opens, type "Agent" into the chat box. You will then be given the option to chat with a human or have a human call you.
