Customer Service

why is it that when you deal with an agent (CSA) apart from a few niceties you actually rarely get "customer service" they either chant the policies which are very ambiguous (Police items) or say they will escalate and you will hear back within 24 hrs, which has never yet happened, I think this really should be labelled NON Customer Service

Customer Service

They are often underpaid people barely fluent in English and they read from scripts.  If your problem is not listed, they can't help. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone to get to the next phone call. Try and post on the other boards and someone like you will respond.  Post under the BUYING, SELLING, SHIPPING OR RETURN boards depending on what is your issue or question.  The folks that answer are regular ebay members with alot of experience here.
