Has anyone had all of their listings screwed up for TRYING Crazylister?
It was supposed to be a trial for the removal of the active content.
Now all of my listings are being held captive with a huge red border stating STOP to re-join a program that is very exhorbitant in price.
I am currently seeking help to bulk revise all of my listings as I have over 7,000. Be very careful if you 'TRY' this program as when you are done trying it, if you have a lot of listings, you will have to remove the template for each and every one of these listings by hand by deleting and re-copying the description. It is over 300.00 per year just to have the border removed for a program that I never agreed to use.

Check on this board for like issues - https://community.ebay.com/t5/Replacing-Active-Content/bd-p/activecontent
See this thread on that board for the tools to do so - https://community.ebay.com/t5/Replacing-Active-Content/How-to-find-and-cope-with-Active-Content-tuto...
The designer of those tools monitors the board to help. Ask questions there.
Note that you may have to revoke the CrazyLister token..Account>Site preferences. Scroll down to the Third party authorizations. Check Revoke this authorization next to CrazyLister, Talk to Shipscript (designer of the seller tools above) before you revoke the token. Shipscript may advise to leave it in place temporarily.

@jsamericana - Thank you for posting your concerns regarding this on our Community board thread.
We'll definitely review and assess this situation. That notice/alert can be distracting to potential buyers.
If more details become available regarding this matter, I'll post that on here.
Sincerely,

@jsamericana - Here is an update on this.
Crazylister has asked that all members that have used their service and that are seeing this notice to contact them directly.
They will provide some explanation on what is going on and will further assist in removing the alert from your listings.
There was no intentions to hold or harm eBay sellers' listings when this alert appears.
Here is more information on where you can find more details of what is going on:
https://support.crazylister.com/my-account/what-happens-after-i-cancel
Hope this helps provide you with information regarding what is happening.
Sincerely,
mykal@ebay

I totally messed up all my items by trying the Crazylister Bulk Editor function. The Bulk Editor adds randomly text to my items description. Text from former Crazylister templates. Text what is no longer available anywhere accessible, and what can't be deleted from the descriptions. Not even "removing the template" works since it only removes the template structure but not the useless content the bulk editor was adding in the first place. Working with any of the Crazylister automation tools should be concidered high risk. I really hope they will update their software soon, to make it more reliable. Since there is no "undo" and no automatic backup, every glitch in Crazylister can corrupt all your listings.

You may end up doing what I am doing due to Auctiva junk in the descriptions.
I am using Turbo Lister to fix the issues.
Edit each listing, open standard view and highlight text only, hit control C to copy, open HTML view, right click and hit select all and delete, go back to standard view, hit control V to repaste the text in your description, hit HTML and fix anything as far as breaks, paragraphs, spacing, etc. then go back to standard view to see what you have, and if OK then hit save.
Then see what your listing looks like in both the listing view and again in the HTML for the description.
I am doing this for over 1200 listings one at a time as it is the only way I have found to get rid of the garbage in your desciptions.
And yes, it is very time consuming. I will no longer use templates from any 3rd party listing program as it may constantly cause more problems.
I am using KISS and only have text in my descriptions and nothing else.
Someone with more knowlege may be able to give a clearer descriptiption
I was looking at trying to bulk edit but Auctiva has stuck stuff in the description as well as outside of it so decided to do 1 at a time to make sure it is fixed. Will also get rid of any active content, limks etc.
If anyone insists on using templates, etc, they may continually have more problems over time.

Tried their gallery and now hardly any views, no sales. Asked them to take it off, revoked the authorization and it is still there. Jeweltyme

This may be an eBay issue, not a CrazyLister issue. Many sellers without CrazyLister have an issue with no views.
Try pressing F5 a few times, else...
1) If you are on the SellerHub, go to the Performance area for info about your listings - https://www.ebay.com/sh/prf/traffic
2) If you do not use the SellerHub, From Trinton at eBay..."As for the view count issue that some are running into, we are currently reviewing this for a fix. While the view count is not displaying correctly, the information is being recorded properly on the backend and is still being fed into our calculations for your traffic metrics (ie. the sales conversion rate)."
3) In any case, look for the following on most eBay pages...
Click on the bottom icon and tell eBay what you think. We are told that eBay associates read these comments.
