Cant add the card due wrong billing address.

No matter what I do I still cant add the card. Even tho my billing matches on my profile and my card and once I want to add it shows correct billing with letters and everything. Ebay doesnt answer. Someone help

Be sure that you are on the UK site when making changes to your account.

If you are adding a debit card to receive payouts for eBay sales, the card must be linked to the checking account that you are using for eBay payouts. So a checking account must be linked first, and then you can add the debit card that is connected to that account. That is the way it works here in the US. The UK rules may differ.
