Cannot see feedback for eBay Users

When buyers make an offer for an item, I like to see their feedback and feedback left for others before accepting an offer.  The feedback has not been available since Saturday.  I click on their rating number and after a very long time of searching it gives the message: 

Hmmm… can't reach this page

feedback.ebay.com took too long to respond

This has been an ongoing problem for maybe as long as two weeks and eBay is aware of it.

However, I can definitely tell you that viewing buyers' FB received is a waste of time because it has to be positive.

On the other hand, sometimes looking at feedback left for others can be very enlightening.
