CSV File template for Topical Postcards. What do you put in the Best Offer Enabled Field?

I want to have best offers on my listings, but unsure what to put in the Best Offer Enabled Field That turns it on. I'm using the csv file template for topical postcards, uploaded from Seller Hub Reports tab.

You would enter the number 1 in Best Offer Enabled.
