Bulk quantity update requires providing "item width" and "item length"

I think this issue is related with a new requirement of Item width and length since I'm also unable to quick update quantities from item editing without putting item width & length.

When I try to bulk update my quantities it gives me these errors:

the item specific item length is missing. add item length to this listing, enter a valid value, and then try again

the item specific item width is missing. add item width to this listing, enter a valid value, and then try again

So I tried to bulk update those as well while I'm there. But I'm unable to do that. File Exchange just didn't accept when I added columns for "item width" and "item length". Please advise. Upload file ref# is 956976701.

For that category the correct item specifics would be 'C:Item Length" and C:Item Width".

@samnm-trade

These are called 'Item Specifics and are denoted by "C:" and a label name.

The first thing you may say is "Well, I know this". However, there may be others who read this that do not. So bear with me.

eBay is trying to standardize item specifics to match those that Google and other search engines will recognize. This not only helps your sales, but helps eBay to make more FVFs (final value fees). A 'Win/Win', yes?

So are you using the valid item specifics, for FileExchange..."C:Height", :C:Length", or "C:Width"?

Note: There are many eBay categories, and many may use these values, or only some. You may need to determine the correct item specifics to use for the category that you are listing an item in.

I would suggest that you read this link - https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/Gather-your-Item-Specifics-before-the-Category-changes/m-p/298...

Thank you for the quick reply. I was looking for titles for width and length so I corrected those to C:Length and C:Width, but it doesn't seem like it worked. Upload ref# 957218031
