Best inventory management software

Looking for a good inventory management software to use in order to track everything, including my COGS. I don't want to jump on the Intuit Quickbooks train because I have heard mixed reactions about them. Any advice would be helpful!

I export the report of sales from ebay using the same dates as my bank statement. I am using Wave Accounting, which has a free software (there of course is an advanced fee based).  I have been able to upload the bank statement into Wave and so far it has been good. I do not have all of my current inventory listed in there yet for it to work with more detail, but for end of year reporting for last year, I am happy with it.
