Hi,
I came across a listing tool on google last week. It seems to recognize most random items by only looking at product pictures. It is free as well.

Thanks! I'm going to check it out!!

The website's product description (which I will not reproduce here lest people be fooled into thinking its somehow useful) indicates that artificial intelligence is employed to do all the work for the seller.
If you want to actually sell your items on eBay, there is simply no substitute for using good old fashioned brainpower.
Relying on AI to generate a listing will results in no sales -- for the simple reason that eBay's own internal search function gives low priority to / ignores AI-generated text (in any field).
Nor is the application free. You have to pay to have your listings ignored.
Quite a bargain. 😂

Not arguing the value of AI, but where did you see this?

Since ebay has it's own AI tool?

Thanks for asking... I was typing a bit fast and omitted a critical clause:
"In my experience, relying on AI to generate a listing will results in no sales -- for the simple reason that eBay's own internal search function gives low priority to / ignores AI-generated text (in any field)."
Apologies for the oversight.

Ok, so I tested it out and it seems to improve my listing speed and quality by a lot.
