How is our "performance standard rating" going to be effected when buyers claim an item is "not as described" and request a return?
Virtually all SNAD return requests in my category are actually buyers remorse with buyers remorse reasons stated in the comments.
Are we going to have to go back to frequently disputing them in order to preserve our visibility? This was an epic failure last time why won't it be this time?

Hi @coinslabz26 , a great question. A buyer claim for item not as described impacts your seller performance rating only when the case becomes escalated and closes as "Case Closed without Seller Resolution." There are no changes being made in how your Seller Performance Rating is evaluated or search.
