After an item is sold it still shows up as active and says out of stock this just started why???

it is just one of the famous seller hub ebay glitches they have never fixed !! They have alot of them !! Good luck getting it fixed !

@ckhliquidation   Below is a link to your Site Preferences ... in the very first section is where the Out of Stock feature is turned ON or OFF (the Yes check box at the green arrow.)  This happened here to when the GTC Mandate occurred back in March of 2019 ... what you are seeing are listings where eBay is expecting you to "restock" the Quantity on the item ... YOU can see it but it is not visible to the public.  Change the setting in Site preferences and it will stop.

The items that sold but are still on your Active list canbe deleted if you no  longer have them ...
