wrong item sent

i put wrong shipping labels on 2 items. both buyers are cool with sending back and getting their item they purchased. i have both items back an am ready to print 2 new labels at my cost and ship. ebay maybe since we put in for returns says i have to refund. no option to not.. what should i do

If the buyers clicked they want a refund then you have to.  The other choice was they still want the item.

If it says you have to refund, then you do or eBay will for you and ding your customer service rating.

No option to send a replacement item?

Refund, then relist and they can buy again.
