returns for refunds

I have had a return process in place with you for a week or more, and following the instructions you sent, I went on that site and selected usps with printer needed...then I hit confirm to get my shipping label and nothing happened...the label is supposed to be for $3.81 I think...please help me retrieve it ...thanks...larry

We are trying to help, although some of us cannot figure out why you need it.

You have not "had a return process in place" with any of us.

Please return and tell the whole story with dates.

I'll start for you:

On _____, I bought an item.  The item arrived on _____.  It's not as described.

I opened a NAD case on  (fill in date).  I returned and asked eBay to step in on (date).

Exactly what happened then?  

You need to quit posting messages with no helpful information and focus on explaining your problem.

Suspect OP may be a bit older/internet challenged, not that there's anything wrong with that.

For someone older (a remark I am trying not to resent, BTW, because I am 89), he seems to have done quite well on eBay up til this point.

Did you see his FB, both as a seller and a buyer? This isn't a new kid on the block or even an old, confused kid on the block.

Believe I'm officially done with this.  I might drift back to see if any further info surfaces, but my level of frustration has now been reached and perhaps exceeded.
