A customer is stating the shoes I sold her aren't new but they are molded to someone else's foot. I bought them new but I am willing to let her return them despite the listing saying no returns. I can't figure out how to start a return on the seller end and how to send a return label and how much to refund. Obviously she must have worn them to have come to this conclusion. It has been a month since she received them. How do I start the return. I told her to start it on her end but she has not responded. Help please.

You can't open a return, and I'm pretty sure she can't open a return either if it's past 30 days from when they were delivered.

If you want to be nice you can tell her to send them to you via the messaging system and refund her (the option is in the order details page, once you get the item back).

Otherwise, you aren't obligated to refund, HOWEVER, she can still file a chargeback that goes past the 30 days with her financial institution.
