Ebay is getting bad about returns and defective buying items. Sold a camera for parts and eBay sided with the buyer. Received a defective ink cartridge 3 years old and eBay sided with  the seller. No recourse. No longer able to talk with a live person. So now have deleted 90 % of my items and selling on Facebook which is well worthwhile.

A buyer should never lose a case when a INAD return case is filed. What exactly happened with that ink cartridge return case?

If you lost a dispute as a buyer,  receiving a defective ink cartridge, you're doing something wrong.

1) File a "not as described" return.

2) Return the item.

3) Get a full refund.

Which of these did you not do?
