ebay totally sucks had a few returns they steeped in screwed it all up and i didn't get a penny acted as if it as my problem called 3 times raised their voice to me been there 11 years but not anymore

Ebay can't really mess up the return as the majority of it is automated and as long as you follow directions you get refunded.

 

As @simba6 said. You didn't provide any specifics so it's hard to tell you anything.

Sellers will always feel screwed if they wait for eBay to step in to handle a buyer’s claim.

 

If sellers want their fees and items back … they have to accept a return before 3 business days have passed AND provide a prepaid shipping label IF they want the item back before issuing a refund.

Nothing is showing as sold on this account in the last 90 days. So maybe it was a chargeback?

You need to resolve your conflicts with your customers before Ebay steps in.

 

When Ebay steps in, it usually becomes a he says/she says situation and the seller loses the item, the payment and the Ebay fees. That is because Ebay is not a court. Applicable consumer protection laws are skewed to the buyer and Ebay will not knowingly make a decision which could violate consumer protection law.

 

The game is rigged, and not by Ebay. They are just another player in the rigged game.
