"Just didn't like it" Return ?question? Negative feedback

I have a customer that purchased an item from me. In the listing I stated NO RETURNS, I understand that I would still have to accept a "NAD" Return. However, They requested a  return giving "Just didn't like it" as the reason. If I don't accept the return is there any protection against negative feedback since I stated NO RETURNS? Please note they have not left any feedback to me, I am just trying to think ahead. Thanks in advance for your response!

There PROBABLY is not protection if the buyer states his experience. i.e. I bought this item and didn't like it and seller wouldn't issue return.

I say this because it appears most of the time AI is reading and deciding the fate of feedbacks based on what I read.

However, if you receive that negative feedback you CAN always try to get it removed by indicating that customer didn't like (remorse) and you stated no returns. Perhaps the negative gets removed.

Look at it this way. If the buyer filed a NAD you would be forced to take the return.

Why not just take the item back and resell it? At least, for a change, the buyer told the truth.

Technically yes but probably no.

If a case is closed in favor of the seller the buyer is not supposed to be able to leave a negative.

Also the buyer is not following your returns policy...though that is merely words. Ebay rarely enforces the MBG against a buyer.

So the buyer, if they really want to, will figure out how to leave a negative. Report your buyer now before you deny the return. Put them on your BBL.

If you get a negative first you have to run it through the useless feedback removal tool DO NOT call a CSR. After they deny removing the feedback get in touch with ebay through a DM in Facebook or Twitter.

So, 'no returns' mean nothing in a listing usually.

As you are thinking of 'feedback' unlike other sellers who don't care about their feedbacks...I surely do think about my feedbacks.

I have no problems with returns if something is returned...

My feedback is more important than anything that is under 40 bucks I sold.

I see my account every darn morning and don't want to see a negative feedback for a whole year if I can help it....it would bother me and has in the past years.

I currently have a return which I didn't approve but my listings do so it's a return by eBay.

It was opened on May 14th and buyer has until June 5th to return it.

LOL...no tracking and nothing returned yet. Funds I assume get returned to me on the 6th.

I think the buyer thought I would just give a free item with shipping and this is also a remorse return...

I have far more bogus returns than valid ones but of the bogus about 1 in 5 I feel is a buyer seeing if I will just cave on a small dollar item and let them have it.
