Need to know how long ago was it delivered, the reason for returning it and what error message you got when you tried to file the case.  Can't provide answer without knowing those things.

You need to file a return case against the seller as long as its within 30 days. You are given 30 days and that's it. Just go to the transaction and click return this item. Then follow the instructions. I assume it's an item "not as described" is that correct? Print out the label and return it. Once returned the seller is given 4 days to refund you. If the refund is not given then have Ebay step in.

You really don't need to contact Ebay customer service for this issue.
