Did you mean:

need help if decide not return

greeting,

I've sold two items to two different buyers , however after delivering both items successfully

I found both buyers opened a return case on eBay . After I checked I noticed the courier guy had swapped the boxes 😞

item (a) go to buyer (b)

item (b) go to buyer (a)

Therefore I've contacted eBay as well as the buyers for this and found the best solution is to accept the return of the items.

but till now the second buyer did not respond and In fact, I started doubting he's going to run away and he will not return the item.

especially the amount of the wrong item which he has received over $2400 and the item he order it from me is just like $700

I know still still early for that but let's go to the bad situation and the buyer decide to not return the item back

What can eBay do for me and what should I do ?

If the second buyer decided not to return the item there's nothing you or ebay can do.

In the future, double check that shipping labels are attached to the proper item.

More importantly, It's best to work on one order at a time so mix ups like that don't occur.

Hopefully you have not refunded either one of the buyers before you received the returned items.

Ebay can't do anything for you. They have no way of retrieving a package that you shipped by mistake.

The "courier guy" would have had to peel your shipping labels off each box and then tape them on to new boxes for that to happen so "the courier guy" is not to blame for this.

It was a mistake on your part. Albeit an honest, yet expensive mistake. But a mistake nonetheless. Best you can hope for is both buyers return the items and can go from there.
