missed return date

I purchased some shirts for my husband but they were too large so I wanted to exchange them. I started a return request but before I could return items I was hospitalized and just got back home today (I'm almost 70) and saw my package still sitting on the table. While hospitalized with a heart attack then surgery that return never entered my mind. They closed my return request. How can I exchange them? Please help me

Have you tried contacting the seller? They are who you need to be talking to about this.

That eBay return label @bawhe-84 is undated and doesn't expire

-- so you can still still take your package to the post office and GET A RECEIPT showing the tracking number.

When it is delivered back to the seller if you don't get your exchange after talking to the seller, or a refund instead

-- Start another return request here if that's how you paid. Then when told to return, provide that tracking number to get your refund. You'll need to buy the shirts from another seller.

-- Otherwise, file a chargeback with your card issuer, provide that tracking, and get your refund.

Thanks for your kindness and help. I get my ss check next week so I'll have my sis n law print the label and head to the post office. I'm so excited. If you don't mind I'd like to keep you updated on my progress.
