The return feature allows sellers to work with buyers who have problems with a purchase. You have 30 days from receipt to open a return request. Even though you have moved the item out of the country, you can still open a return request for damage or for an item that doesn't match the description. But, you would have to pay to get the item back to Miami first. If you are unable to open a return request because 30 days have passed, or because of your location, your options will be limited.
You are already using Seller Feedback. You can also Report a listing if the item is counterfeit, states the wrong condition, or is not the brand name listed in the title.
eBay has a new feature that allows US sellers to ship to most countries using eBay International Shipping. The program is not available on all items. There may be weight limits and value limits. Look for that shipping service on listings when shopping with your home address. You would have to pay duty and tax when you receive the item. However, eBay's shipping program will allow you to return items to a local hub for a refund, and that will resolve the problems you are seeing.
