Dear All, I purchased an item and wanted to return it sensing that it wasn't an authentic item. The seller at first didn't accept the return, and then I asked ebay to step in and they did and they wanted the seller to accept the return. However, when I click on the link that ebay sent to me, I cannot reach a return label. There is absolutely no way to reach ebay directly by phone or email. (I even got scammed last week by people who claimed that they were ebay, which led to changing my bank account, etc. I cannot even reach ebay to let them know that there is website on the web that uses their name to scam people.) It is quite frustrating what I am going through. I don't know how I will reach someone at ebay for help with my return. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me. Thank you.

Is the seller is outside of the US? If so, there isn’t an automatic label provided but the seller has to either send you one another way or send you the money for one. If they are unwilling to do that then you can contact eBay by sending a message through eBay Facebook or on Twitter.

This is how you could contact eBay
Open an eBay page
Top left corner, click on 'help & contact'
Click on 'buying'
Bottom of the page, left side, Click on 'returns and refunds'
Click on top of the page 'return an item for a refund '
Go to bottom right of the page, in very small print click on ' have us call you'
eBay will call you in 2-9 minutes
I think you have a problem with the browser. But it wouldn't matter, ask eBay rep to email you a return label and for sure, ask to have the label inserted to body of email. For some reason your system doesn't allow eBay messaging system to deliver. Wait on the phone line while you're receiving the label to make sure, you have it. This all is going to take few minutes
This shouldn't have been a frustrating situation at all, I am sorry this is happening to you
Happy New Year
