I bought a product that turned out to be fake. I contacted the seller but he refuses to replace it with a working one or return the money. I live on another continent and it costs 50 dollars to send the box back and it arrives in 30 days, I am not able to pay for the return shipment. I ask you to convince the seller to return the money to me or send a working model

Have you not read the Money Back Guarantee?  You have 30 days after receipt of the item to open an item not as described case with eBay.

Contacting the seller isn't the same as opening a claim for an item that isn't as described. 

Go to the order, request a return and choose either "doesn't seem authentic" (if it's counterfeit) or "doesn't match pictures or description." 

Seller will have to either issue a refund without requiring a return or will have to pay for return shipping if they want the item back.

Did you read my reply? For a "not as described" return, SELLER pays return shipping.

@grishovic-0 If you open an IND case through ebay you will be sent a prepaid label that the seller pays for not you.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.

If you used a freight forwarder, you'll have to pay to ship it back to the freight forwarder.
