Trying to do a partial refund on a return request

Buyer opened a return request. We agreed on a partial refund. I offered the amount through the request and ebay says "

The buyer is still waiting for their partial refund because the refund did not go through. Please refund them now.

Then says "We will deduct the total amount from your funds available for payout. To make sure you can pay if they are insufficient, you must add a payment option."

Click on the "add a payment option" link and it goes to:

"We looked everywhere.

Looks like this page is missing. If you still need help, visit our help pages."

I saw another seller with this exact issue yesterday.

They could not refund nor add a new payment source.

It might be some technical glitch.

I would try another browser.

Try another device.

Try the APP or if using the APP try a computer.

Start there.. If no joy, this may very well be a glitch that needs reported to the Tech Board.
