Assuming you are a brand new buyer with zero feedback, you should read the EBAY Money Back Guarantee as others have suggested. It also would be good to contact the seller to go over the problems before you escalate the return request. Many times it is a user error and can be rectified with a conversation with the seller. You are covered under the Ebay MBG so i would suggest you message the seller to trouble shoot it for you. If it is a simple fix you will not have to waste your time returning it or waiting for a replacement.
