The buyer Told me the size he got was not fit him so he need to return the item. but already he has given size was right.

If the size was correct and the customer acknowledges that, i would say ask them to pay for the shipping and take back the item as long as in same condition as how it was sold.
Sizes obviously can vary from what manufactures state and measuring them as well as having the manufacture stated size can help eliminate any doubt.
Example. If it is labeled a large and when measured as a medium, it could be argued that the item was not as described. (Large size)

If a Return request has been opened citing a Not as Described reason, you should accept the Return.

Your listings accept returns, that means that you accept them for any reason. So yes, you have to accept the return.

You can put a size L but without measurements it's meaningless. Clothes from China don't even match a size chart when one is provided. A large fits like a small. You should refund the buyer and have them donate it and don't sell clothes dropshipped from China. Or anything else dropshipped from China. It has lead to many Sri Lankans getting suspended.

Since you offer 30-day returns on all the listings I checked ... I don't understand why you're asking about whether you should accept one.
Do you not understand that by offering 30-day returns ... that means that you accept returns under all circumstances? The only question is who pays the return shipping.
If the buyer opened a return request saying the item 'didn't fit' ... you can rightfully request the buyer to pay return postage. You'd then refund the buyer in full when you receive the item back.

You offer 30 day returns so the buyer can return it for any reason.
If the buyer chooses the correct for the return, they'll have to pay to return it to China.
