Should I accept a return?

I sold a pair of sunglasses. One of the photos on the listing showed scratches. The buyer has requested a return citing scratches as the reason. Should I accept this even though the scratches were visible in the listing images? What would Ebay do if I decline the return?

If the buyer opens an item not as described case, you will be required to send a prepaid return label and to refund in full upon receipt of the return.  There is no such thing as a seller "accepting" a return request.  Did not see the scratches mentioned in the description.
