The return item case is open...I selected ship usps with printer needed, the when I clicked on confirm to get a lable,, nothing happened

There is something strange here.
Member with 4756 feedback.
You received something that's not as described (I think).
You need to open an item not as described case for whatever it is. You mention a remote and a printer.
After you open that case, you return to it in 96 hours and ask eBay to step in.
Seller should send you a prepaid return label. You don't need anyone's phone # and they are not likely to give it to you.
And you marked your own post as the solution to the problem.
Can you return here and explain what's going on and maybe tell us what you need that you are unable to figure out for yourself?

Here's a thought: He could just try returning and giving details of the problem.
I keep promising myself that I will quit responding, but am intrigued by this very experienced eBayer who appears to need some kind of help but is unable to articulate his issue.
