Order a flag and receive a small roll of silver paper.

Open a return case by using the reason of NOT AS DESCRIBED (using most any other reason will null/void your return/refund).

Seller will be forced to issue you a return label. Note the tracking number and once delivered back to seller, they have 48 hrs to refund you.

If they don't refund, 'escalate' the return case.

If you do NOT get a label, 'escalate' the return case (I think they have 48 hrs to give you that label as well).

Find the item in your Purchase History and open a Return request, citing 'Not as Described' in the listing. The seller will either send you a return shipping label (which you'll use to return the silver paper for a full refund) or might issue a refund without requiring a return.

If you have no label or no refund after 3 days have passed, return to the case on Day 4 and 'Ask eBay to step in'. You'll be made whole. Good luck.
