Need some advice for Returns. I listed some parts that fall into the category of "Seller does not accept returns". These Parts are listed as New Opened - Unused - NOS stock. They are tested and operational before being sold & shipped. A Buyer has opened a Return Request because a 3rd party service company told the Buyer the Part was Defective. So, I know the Part was good, Now What?

If the buyer opens an Item Not as Described return it does not matter what your return policy is. Accept the return and move on. You don't want eBay getting involved.

if you want the item returned before refunding, accept the return and provide a shipping label.

"Seller does not accept returns" means absolutely nothing in the face of eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers. ALL sellers need to read it because, sooner or later, it will impact them.

Now What?
Refund the buyer when the item is returned to you. Relist it for the right buyer. Good luck.

Your Right, that was my first thought! I'm kinda new here, Just let the next Seller deal with the same problem. The Buyer ordered the wrong part so, I will get back a used $90.00 paper weight.

At least you're getting it back and you could still resell it. I've had that happen to me. Just relist it for a few bucks more to make up for some of the return shipping cost.
Good luck and enjoy your Thanksgiving!
