Hello All,
Is there any expert who can help with my queries?
I have contacted the seller, and they agreed to return the item. However, when I click on the order return link, it shows that the return window has been closed.

File for a refund/return through your funding source.

If/when a buyer receives an item that's not as described, he has just 30 days after receipt to open an item not as described case with eBay. Evidently that window has closed for you.
You can do a chargeback with your credit card, they usually give about 6 months, depending on which card you have.
If you plan to do more purchasing on eBay, may I respectfully suggest that you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers. It's really quite good but you need to read it, understand it and use it n a timely fashion.

I wouldn't want for any buyers to bank on your six-month window estimate. I don't have one CC that provides six months. 60 days with my Citi cards. No more than hitting two billing statements with my Chase cards. Amex can be six months or longer, but not all cards have that length. Discover is 120, I think. Regardless, six months seems to be the exception - certainly not "usually."
Understood, you are just repeating what you have read on these boards or elsewhere.
